| This is another world's first for HIFICLUBE: one day before everybody else we show you the mighty POLARIS presented by David Wilson, "hors concours" at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. So we decided to keep it in english both in writing by JVH quoting from the brochure and in videoHD by Dave himself. And you ain't seen nothing yet. Polaris is the new reference center channel from Wilson Audio. In a low profile cabinet, it integrates seamlessly with Alexandria Series or MAXX Series 3 in the most demanding home theater instalations. According to Dave Wilson, Polaris incorporates Wilson's flagship loudspeakers's characteristics of tonal accuracy and coherence and achieves the same level of transparencey, detail, and spatial resolution of the Alexandria and MAXX.
It uses the same synergy of drivers, cabinet materials, crossovers and Aspherical Propagation Delay geometry, but it has a low profile not to impose itself in a room with a view, as Dave put it, or lots of art that you don't want to be hidden behind a tall loudspeaker.
